About the role:
As the HR Learning Systems Specialist, you will support LMS project work and the configuration of Workday learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact on a major learning transformation project, helping to shape the future learning experience for employees across the organisation while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Workday Learning, ensuring an effective, user-friendly, and compliant learning platform
- Coordinate the migration of learning content and training records, maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Partner with HR, Compliance, Health & Safety, and business stakeholders to deliver learning systems that meet organisational needs
- Develop and deliver training, user guides, and support materials to drive successful system adoption
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing insights into learning compliance, engagement, and effectiveness
- Support digital learning initiatives, including content curation, e-learning development, and continuous improvement of learning processes
About you:
Essential
- Proven experience implementing or enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Workday Learning
- Experience supporting HRIS, HCM, or learning system implementations
- Strong understanding of learning content management, audience segmentation, compliance training, and system configuration
- Experience producing and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience delivering system training and creating user documentation
Desirable
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience creating e-learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory learning requirements
- Knowledge of digital learning trends and content curation
- Experience driving continuous improvement within HR or learning systems
