The OpportunityAs part of our ongoing digital transformation, we’re looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Doncaster-based Information and Digital Services team.This full-time, permanent, site-based role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offers the chance to support a wide range of IT systems across SARIA’s UK and international operations. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow within a collaborative and innovative IT environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
 - Diagnose and troubleshoot user problems, delivering clear and professional support.
 - Manage user accounts and access permissions.
 - Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials.
 - Support the maintenance of networks, infrastructure, and mobile devices across multiple sites.
 - Track and document all support activity, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons are captured.
 - Assist with systems analysis, solution evaluation, and process improvement projects.
 - Help deliver training and build user confidence with new technologies.
 
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field.
 - Experience in an in-house, customer-focused IT support role.
 - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking.
 - Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 - A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
