💼 Full-time | Data Analytics, BI & Commercial Insights
Looking for a role where your insights genuinely influence business decisions rather than just producing reports?
We're partnering with an established B2B media business that's investing heavily in its data capabilities and is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape the future of its reporting and insight function. This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders, own business-critical dashboards, and transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive commercial performance.
If you enjoy combining technical expertise with commercial thinking, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
• Owning and developing dashboards and self-service reporting across the business
• Analysing website, email, subscription, event, and commercial performance
• Turning complex datasets into actionable business insights
• Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
• Improving reporting processes, automation, and data visualisation
• Helping shape the wider data strategy and promoting data-driven decision making
About you:
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills with experience using BigQuery
• Strong experience building dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI and/or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience reporting on CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Workbooks, Dotdigital, or similar
• Experience analysing digital products, subscriptions, media, publishing, or event data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curious, commercially minded, and passionate about using data to solve business problems
Why apply?
• £45,000–£50,000 salary
• Hybrid working
• Own the reporting and insight function across multiple business areas
• Work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Modern technology stack and varied datasets
• Collaborative, supportive team with genuine career progression
• Opportunity to shape the future of data and analytics within a growing business
If you're looking for a role where your analysis directly influences commercial strategy and business growth—not just reporting—we'd love to hear from you.
