Role Overview
We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects to ensure they collectively deliver strategic organisational outcomes. This role provides leadership, governance, and clear direction across a programme of work, ensuring alignment with business goals and the successful delivery of defined benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of interrelated projects, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all activities
- Provide clear leadership and direction across the programme to support successful delivery
Governance & Strategic Alignment
- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks across the programme
- Ensure all workstreams are aligned with organisational strategy and business objectives
Delivery & Benefits Realisation
- Drive the collective delivery of projects to achieve planned outcomes and measurable benefits
- Maintain focus on ensuring programme outputs contribute to wider organisational success
Stakeholder Accountability
- Act as the primary point of accountability to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Provide clear updates, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes
Contract Details
- Location: Berkshire
- Contract Type: Via umbrella
- Initial Contract: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
- Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
