- Lead the planning and execution of collaboration projects, including procurement, installation, and testing of AV systems for both corporate and event-based environments. Setting the Projects Scope, Goals and Objectives and ensuring successful completion of Projects on time and in budget to customers satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet the client’s needs and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled throughout the project’s life cycle.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintain project documentation including Project Brief/Statement of Works, change orders, schedules, and progress reports in line with the companies standard governance reporting. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
- Prince 2 Advantageous
- Experience managing AV projects with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, as well as familiarity with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
