Team Leader Apprentice
As a Team Leader Apprentice, you’ll ensure strict adherence to health and safety and 5S rules within the sector, along with the implementation of the Process Quality Control Plan. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives whilst ensuring productivity targets are met.
Role
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure compliance of H&S and 5S rules throughout the sector
- Ensure proper appliance of the Process Quality Control Plan
- Contribute on continuous improvement actions
- Make sure operators are trained & validate training levels
- Drive the actions to achieve service levels, quality products, & ensures productivity goals are reached
- Synchronise support function actors on short term actions
Training
- You will achieve a Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship qualification
- Training will be online
- To grow your career in a leadership position in a manufacturing and plant based environment within a global organisation
