Service Delivery Apprentice

You will be an effective, enthusiastic, driven team player who is keen to develop and grow with the company, whilst providing administrative support to the team.
Role
You will be responsible for:
Offshore Corrective & Preventative Maintenance
- Onboard both new suppliers and agency personnel with Company and Client requirements
- Administration of the manning plan and advise the client logistics to confirm helicopter / CTV travel arrangements and clearance for travel
- On and offshore time sheet administration for the delivery team.
Maintain and distribute offshore operations weekly movements log to HR on a weekly basis - Prepare the offshore crew planner and update it with all required information
- Request and chase Vendor Quotations, ensuring quotations match technical requirements
- Coordination of all shipping (including couriering) and importation of goods to and from sites
- Compile and issue Weekly Defect reports to Seatrium by project
- Prepare and review overall Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
- Providing excellent administrative support to the project team
Acting as an interface for people from different organisations, locations and disciplines
Personnel Logistics Administration:
- Update offshore personnel experience log
- Coordinate SOMS (or Client Specific) personnel databases
- Support team by booking all travel arrangements, flights, hotels, car hire, etc to get our techs to the location required
- Ensuring all contact sheets for techs are maintained with the latest information
Maintain PPE & other tools and equipment stocks for personnel and suppliers to perform the tasks required.
Training
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Workplace training and learning, together with weekly college attendance - at our Lowestoft Campus - on Wednesdays between 09.30 and 16.00
- It is intended that - providing you successfully complete your apprenticeship - you will continue your employment with us
