The Package
- £32,000 - £38,500 basic salary DOE

The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you’ll cover a small, well-managed patch across Andover and the surrounding areas, including Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth and Salisbury.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of commercial security systems, while providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota
About You
We’re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in commercial security systems.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Intruder Alarm experience – essential
- A full UK driving licence
- A customer-focused approach
