We're looking for a skilled Technical IT Project Engineer to lead the transformation of internal and client-facing CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365) while also playing a key role in advanced IT support within a growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end CRM implementation and optimisation (Salesforce/Dynamics).
Automate processes across sales, onboarding, billing, and service delivery.
Integrate CRM with platforms like Autotask, 3CX, and licensing systems.
Manage internal projects and external vendors from scope to delivery.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support across cloud, networking, security, and VoIP.
Improve processes through scripting, automation, and documentation.

What You’ll Need:

Proven CRM implementation experience (Salesforce or Dynamics).
Strong technical skills with 5+ years in an MSP or IT services role.
Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, SQL).
Familiarity with systems like Autotask, O365, Azure, VMware, and 3CX.

Nice to Have:

Experience improving service desk workflows.
Exposure to ITIL, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or customer portals.
