£50,000 - £100,000 basic + uncapped commission
About the Company: A specialist AV integrator providing audio visual solutions for corporate, education, and public sector clients.
The Role:The AV Business Development Manager will take on a heavily new business focused position, solely selling AV service and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate must be confident in cold outreach and hunting new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling service and maintenance contracts to clients across various sectors to win ongoing agreements to support their AV systems.
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities via cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, networking and via your own contacts.
- Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK
- Pitch and propose solutions to suit the needs of your clients
- Working towards revenue targets, upselling where possible to maximise revenue.
- MUST have experience selling AV or IT support and maintenance contracts. Any applications without this experience will be rejected.
- Proven ability to generate new business.
- Confident in working to your own initiative, creating sales strategies.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work within the UK
- Salary: £50K - £100K (Wide open salary bracket based on experience and what you can bring to the table)
