Account Manager – £55,000 + Uncapped OTE - North West London – MSP

A top-ranking Managed Service Provider is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive commercial growth across a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients.

The Role

You’ll be the voice of the client — nurturing relationships, understanding their technical needs, and aligning them with the right IT solutions. Working closely with pre-sales, marketing, procurement and service teams, you’ll support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, improve client satisfaction, and protect recurring revenue streams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Conduct regular client meetings (onsite & virtual)
  • Understand technical needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Drive renewals, upsells and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support compliance needs (Cyber Essentials, GDPR etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing on client communications
  • Produce proposals, sales orders and business reviews
  • Maintain accurate account plans, documentation and risk registers

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B account management or client services
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Commercially confident with pricing and financial discussions
  • Proactive, client-focused and technically curious
