IT Service Desk Engineer (1st / 2nd Line)

Location: Horsham, West SussexSalary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

A growing IT Managed Service Provider based in West Sussex is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Line support to a varied client base, offering excellent exposure to modern technologies within a supportive MSP environment.

The Role:
  • Providing remote and occasional onsite 1st/2nd Line support

  • Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory issues

  • Supporting basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

  • Managing tickets within agreed SLAs

  • Escalating complex issues where required

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role (MSP experience desirable)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Good Microsoft 365 and AD knowledge

  • Full UK driving licence
