UC Engineer - Fulham

My client is a leading UK telecommunications provider, delivering innovative phone and connectivity solutions to businesses nationwide. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and bespoke solutions that keep their clients connected and productive.

My client is seeking an experienced Field-Based UC Installation Engineer to install, configure, and support business phone and unified communications systems across the UK. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, customer-focused, and confident working independently while representing my client on-site.

• Install, configure, and test business telephony and UC systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.

• Ensure installations meet company and industry standards.

• Provide user training and aftercare support.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Proven telecoms or UC installation experience (field-based preferred).

• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PBX, and networking fundamentals.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Competitive salary (£25,000 – £39,000 DOE).
