We are seeking a Sales Director (UK) to lead our commercial strategy, build and scale a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth across the UK.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and team development β€” ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver the UK revenue target and sales strategy
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales team (new business + account management)
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound, partnerships, and marketing alignment
  • Lead complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
  • Work closely with global leadership on market expansion strategy

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Sales role within SaaS / Tech / Digital
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in the UK market
  • Experience building and managing sales teams (5–20+ people)
  • Hands-on approach β€” comfortable being both strategic and execution-focused
  • Strong experience in B2B sales (mid-market / enterprise)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
