Direct Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Cyber Security We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive/BDM to join our clients growing team. As a Direct Sales Executive/BDM, you will generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business through direct sales efforts while contributing to the overall success of the sales team. This role is working for an organisation offering clients Cyber Security Solutions to needs/challenges you identify. -Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. -Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product/service benefits and value propositions. -Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. -Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong client relationships, building trust and rapport. -Negotiation & Closing: Skilfully negotiate sales contracts and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets. -Account Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. -CRM Management: Utilise the company's CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. -Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. -Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, tracking progress towards goals. Ideal Experience/Attributes -Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment selling Software, Technical or Cyber Security Solutions to businesses. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Strong negotiation and closing abilities. -Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. -Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 (+ Commision)
Working Arrangement - Hybrid
