HRIS Systems Analyst

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a fantastic business based in Worcester who are looking for support with the HR system implementation. iTrent experience would be a bonus! This role is being offered on a temporary basis. Our client is looking for a HR Systems Implementation Specialist to help stabilise and enhance our iTrent setup, which isn't yet ready for go-live. You'll lead troubleshooting, streamline processes, and support the rollout of additional modules including Core HR, rostering, payroll, Power BI reporting, recruitment & onboarding, and performance management. Hourly rate: £18.50 per hour (£38,000 per year) What You'll Do - Resolve current iTrent system issues and improve implementation readiness - Configure and support new HR modules and integrations - Work with HR/Payroll/IT to optimise workflows and data quality - Drive testing, documentation, and user support What You Bring - Strong HRIS implementation experience - Problem-solving and configuration skills - iTrent experience is highly advantageous - Knowledge of Power BI is a plus Join us at a pivotal moment and help shape our future HR systems.
