This is a hybrid working role and you are required to be on site 3 days a week with 2 from home.

Paying up to £90,000 benefits We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team building solutions for our public sector client.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Advanced Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the QA process, knowledge in defining, implementing test designs and broad experience across test levels, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practice.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
