Senior Insight Analyst
Birmingham | Hybrid
We’re supporting a large UK organisation to appoint a Senior Performance & Insight Analyst into a mature Data & Analytics function. This role is focused on improving how performance data is interpreted and used by senior leaders, rather than building or maintaining reporting solutions.
The organisation operates across Facilities Management, Finance and Retail-style operations, and this role exists to strengthen the quality of insight and decision support across those areas.
Importantly, candidates do not need experience in all three.
Strong insight experience in any one of these environments is highly relevant.
This is an insight-led role, centred on context, interpretation and narrative.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to:
-
Explain what performance results actually mean
-
Identify what’s driving outcomes on the ground
-
Highlight risks and opportunities early
-
Improve the quality of decisions being made
The emphasis is on understanding performance in complex, operational environments, not on technical tooling or dashboard ownership.
