Solution Architect

Solution Architect with strong ServiceNow experience is sought by an international technology delivery organisation based in the Midlands.

With a rich history of delivering innovative, enterprise tech solutions for household names this Solution Architect will play a key role in building and delivering client roadmaps working closely with pre-sales and service management colleagues to ensure the products capabilities are communicated and maximised resulting in a cohesive, dynamic solution innovation.

Answering directly into a board level Director and sitting within a newly formed mid-market team this Solution Architect can expect excellent technical autonomy and a clear progression path as the team scales up over the next 12-18 months.

This Solution Architect should have most of the following key skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow plus a wider understanding of ITSM
- Extensive client facing experience with the ability to design and deliver end to end enterprise level service management solutions
- Ability to create engaging solution design and demos for clients
- Excellent presentation and non-technical stakeholder engagement skills
- A historic background in enterprise software development would be a plus
- Any additional service management platform exposure would be useful - 4me, Jira Service management, solarwinds etc
