Apprentice Account Manager
Join a company with 100 years of experience — but a real focus on the future. Join SF Taylor as an Apprentice Account Manager and gain hands-on experience with a friendly, supportive team. You'll learn new skills, work with major organisations and build the foundations for a rewarding career.
Role
No two days are the same. You'll work alongside our experienced Account Management team, learning how we deliver exceptional service to customers across the UK. This will include:
- Processing orders
- Updating our web-to-print platform
- Supporting client projects
- Managing stock replenishments
- Responding to enquiries
You'll play a real part in keeping our customers happy while developing valuable business and communication skills.
Training
You'll complete the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship while gaining practical experience every day.
Your training provider will support you throughout the programme, combining structured learning with hands-on coaching from our experienced team.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have recognised qualifications and real workplace experience.
We don't see this as "just an apprenticeship" - we see it as the start of a career. As your confidence and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager role, building long-term relationships with customers and taking ownership of your own accounts, whilst learning and understanding fully the serviced print industry. Many of our team have built successful careers by developing and progressing from within.
