IAM Project Manager

Senior IT Project Manager – IAM

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a complex, regulated environment.

The Role

• Manage 4–6 concurrent IAM projects (RBAC redesign, MFA rollout, PAM, attestation workflows)
• Own full project lifecycle: PID, planning, budgeting, governance & release coordination
• Engage Steering Committees, Senior IT Leadership & C-Suite stakeholders
• Drive delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Manage vendors, contracts & SLAs
• Lead risk, issue & dependency management across a matrix organisation

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ IT project delivery experience
• Strong track record delivering large-scale IAM programmes
• Experience with platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, Okta
• Deep understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, AD/Azure AD, SOX/GDPR
• PMP/APM (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
