Lead Product Manager
I am partnering with a truly tech-drive MGA looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery within their Underwriting Workbench operational value stream, partnering with business, engineering and design teams to improve workflows, decision-making and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for a core operational value stream, aligning priorities with business and technology goals.

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing user needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations.
- Drive improvements to operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience by solving meaningful business problems.
- Define success measures, use performance data and customer feedback to evaluate impact, and continuously refine product direction.
- Champion product management best practices and foster a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a senior Product Manager, Product Lead or similar role within insurance or InsurTech.
- An eagerness to make a difference. This is an opportunity to have a seat at the table, working with onshore teams and some of the best minds in insurance.
- Deep understanding of underwriting processes and workflows, with the ability to apply this expertise to product decisions.
- A strong product management mindset, with experience across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development and delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business value by solving complex problems and improving products, processes or user outcomes.
Working model: 3 days in the London Office
