Recommended Scope
One consultant would typically support 2–5 engineering teams (approximately 20–60 people), depending on the level of engagement.
Expected Outcomes
Typical outcomes include improved developer productivity, faster software delivery, higher adoption of AI tools, standardised engineering practices, and the development of internal capability to continue the AI journey after the engagement.
Commercial Model
This would typically be delivered on a daily-rate or monthly consultancy basis.
Candidate profile request
It would also be useful to see candidates relevant experience with:
  • GitHub Copilot and agentic software development
