Technology Delivery Manager

This is an opportunity to drive the successful delivery and implementation of software technology for a financial institution with a fixed term project contract

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead the project delivery and implementation of software technology for a financial institution
• Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
• Work with our key team resources to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement across software delivery processes and ways of working
• Establish delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making
• Build strong relationships with developers and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multi-faceted technology projects
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and best practices
• Experience of leading a project in a financial technology environment
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
• Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business-focused outcomes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage short, medium and long-term objectives
• Experience of delivering software projects for a Financial Institution
