IT Degree Apprentice (Shahzure IT Systems & Solutions)
A new opportunity has arisen to work within this dynamic team as an IT Support/Helpdesk Administrator. The role will offer a combination of both on-site (client sites), and remote working opportunities. This will be hybrid working. Travel expenses will be provided.
Role
- Manning of the internal service desk with regards to allocating, prioritising, and responding to support tickets.
- Day to day checks and support of all internal and third-party systems.
- Provision of second line desktop/server support in a mixed technology environment of Windows & Mac.
- Research, resolve, and respond to all customer support queries/issues received via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Maintain an organised daily structure, working to assigned jobs & projects within an adequate time frame.
- Create, review, and maintain documentation as/where required.
- Involvement in new projects including implementation of 3rd party solutions and in-house developed solutions.
Training
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship qualification.
