Job Title: Inside Client Account Manager

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,000 base + quarterly bonus + commission + additional incentives

SHI is looking for an Inside Client Account Manager (ICAM) to join our Milton Keynes team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop within a customer-facing, commercial environment and build a long-term career in sales and account management within the IT industry.

As an ICAM, you will play a key role in supporting and developing relationships with customers, managing day-to-day account activity, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver a high level of service while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities

- Support and manage a portfolio of customer accounts

- Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and renewals

- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and account administration

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and wider sales teams

- Identify opportunities to support account growth and customer development

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within internal systems

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive and organised approach to work

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working with customers and building relationships

- A genuine interest in developing within a commercial or sales role

- Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
