The RoleCreating and updating product listings on ShopifyManaging website content and product informationUsing Canva and Photoshop for basic contentSupporting online merchandising and promotionsCoordinating orders, returns and exchangesResponding to customer queries by phone, email and online chatLiaising with suppliers and internal teamsSupporting wider eCommerce projects and bringing new ideas to the businessAbout YouWere looking for someone who is organised, accurate and keen to learn, with an interest in eCommerce.

Essential: Basic understanding or interest in eCommerceGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn about the products and industryDesirable: Experience with Shopify, WordPress or another CMSPrevious eCommerce, marketing, customer service or supply chain experienceKnowledge of stock or ERP systemsAdditional: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (40 hours/week)Full training and career development, Manufacturer training24 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pension and sick payLife insuranceStaff discountsHealth & wellbeing programmeFree on-site parkingClear opportunities for progression
