They are looking to significantly ramp up and grow their strategy consulting presence in the Global Pharmaceutical, Bio Tech, and Life Sciences sector and as such are looking for a number of Managers to join the team focussed on Strategy & Execution across the C.R.M & Customer Led Transformation (Sales, Marketing, N.P.I) competence area
The Roles
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they embark on the next phase of their growth journey. They are looking for individuals with a strong Sales, Marketing, & C.R.M background who have experience in successfully delivering customer and digital strategies on behalf of clients within the Pharma Life Sciences sector. The roles will cover but not be limited to delivering strategic improvements to C.R.M (Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe), improving digital customer journeys across multiple digital channels, creating roadmaps for implementation in line with commercial objectives and developing and delivering digital communications strategies for clients across key customer life stages (such as welcome, in-life, retention, reactivation). You will help clients develop capability around data interpretation, how to utilise data and key marketing technology platforms to drive personalisation at scale within digital platforms and with that inputting into technology and data enablement and working with Martech / data teams to identify the underlying capabilities that will be required to support clients. Additional focus areas will include HCP / KOL engagement strategy and experience design, Sales & Marketing operating model design and implementation, Sales & Marketing process design and implementation, Patient journey and service model design, End to end digital transformation
The Candidates
The successful candidates will have a genuine passion for helping clients improving their C.R.M technology and customer journeys and helping clients to be more effective in communicating with customers through digital and technology enabled change. Your experience could have been gained within a Top Tier Big 4 or equivalent Global consulting organisation operating at Manager, Senior Consultant (or equivalent), operating as a stand – alone consultant or you could be currently working within Pharma Life Sciences sector in an internal Customer Transformation COE or customer strategy function operating at a senior strategic level. You do not need expertise in all the outlined Customer Transformation areas - though it is expected you will have a holistic knowledge of them from a change perspective. As a minimum we would expect a demonstrable track record in Veeva, Salesforce or Adobe and ideally defining and delivering Customer Strategy, Customer Experience, On- Boarding, Segmentation, Journey, Mapping and Retention within the context of large-scale transformational programs. We are seeking individuals who are looking for full life cycle transformational project work and to that end you will need a high degree of commercial acumen and an ability to see things through.
