About The Role & Team Own the company website end-to-end as a growth channel. You’ll manage the CMS, improve site performance and UX, lead SEO strategy (technical + content), and partner with marketing colleagues to drive qualified pipeline and user engagement from organic and direct traffic. What You Will Do Website ownership
- Run day-to-day site operations and publishing (for key campaigns and events).
- Maintain site architecture and navigation.
- Oversee technical backlog for business-as-usual activities
- Manage core web vitals such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Oversee website governance such as templates, component library, redirects, tagging, privacy/cookie compliance.
- Build and execute the SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives. Making sure our SEO initiatives also covers AI chatbots and more other forward- looking development.
- Conduct keyword research and opportunity sizing (including non-brand, commercial-intent terms).
- Implement on-page best practices (metadata, headings, structured data, internal linking).
- Lead technical SEO with devs: crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, canonicalization, hreflang (if applicable), log-file insights.
- Plan and brief content (pillar/cluster models), optimize existing content, and support digital PR/backlink quality in line with the company’s content strategy.
- Own web analytics and reporting (GA4, Goggle Search Console, Tag Manager)
- Run CRO programs (A/B tests, form optimization, landing page experiments) to improve CVR.
- Translate insights into a prioritized backlog with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Partner with demand gen, product marketing, brand/design, and communications to align web and SEO with campaigns and messaging.
- Brief and manage agencies as needed.
- Create documentation and training for internal contributors.
- 4+ years in Web/SEO roles (B2B preferred).
- Strong command of on-page and technical SEO
- Proficiency with CMSs (preferably Optimizely).
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO suites (Ahrefs/Semrush), plus log/crawl tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb).
- Experience planning and measuring CRO tests
- Comfortable writing clear briefs and lightweight copy optimizations that balance SEO with brand voice.
- Understanding of accessibility, privacy, and security considerations for modern websites.
