A leading food manufacturer is looking to appoint a Technology Development Lead – a key role focused on enabling smarter working through tech-led solutions, improved systems usage, and impactful IT training.

Based from home with travel to their manufacturing sites, the role engages across the business to champion technology as a tool for continuous improvement. From identifying opportunities to enhance processes, to building training programmes and supporting delivery, this is about making tech work better for everyone.

Strong communication, training and facilitation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of effective IT training across O365 and ERP systems, and understands how to engage and inspire others. Capable of developing content, delivering sessions both in-person and virtually, and evaluating results to ensure real-world application.
