ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architects are currently sought for established technology consultancy firms who require ServiceNow Architect to design, govern and support the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.

The Architects provide architectural leadership across the Now Platform, ensuring technical solutions align with business requirements, delivery standards and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

• Establish technical architecture standards and governance.

• Act as a technical Design Authority.

• Develop and maintain HLD and LLD documentation.

• Design custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Provide architectural guidance throughout solution delivery.

• Support pre-sales activities, technical bids and solution proposals.

• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and clients.

• Drive platform improvements and technical best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Extensive ServiceNow architecture and development experience.

• Experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

• Broad understanding of the Now Platform.

• Custom application development and integration knowledge.

• Experience with ServiceNow SaaS administration and management.

• Understanding of SaaS and on-premises architecture.

• Strong architectural documentation capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Required/Expected Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA

• ServiceNow Implementation Certification(s)

• ITIL Foundation

Working Arrangements - Hybrid working involving a combination of home, office and client-site attendance. The Architect can live anywhere in the UK and there is Hybrid working.

Security Requirements - Applicants must be sole UK nationals and eligible to obtain SC clearance, including meeting the requirement for five years' continuous UK residency and other applicable checks.

Salary & Benefits

• £100,000 - £125,000 basic salary + Bonus + Benefits package (Depending on experience)

• Hybrid working
