Full Stack Software Engineer (Python / React)

A growing tech-led business is seeking a proactive Full Stack Software Engineer to work across its platform, covering backend, web, and mobile applications. This role suits a problem-solver who enjoys working across a modern, diverse tech stack.

The Role

• Design, build, and enhance features for web and mobile applications
• Shape product features using customer and internal feedback
• Write tests, fix bugs, and maintain high code quality
• Review pull requests and collaborate on technical decisions
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Show initiative, a strong "can do" attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Build positive working relationships and contribute to a respectful team culture

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years' professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong commercial experience with Python and React
• Good working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, TanStack, React Query is advantageous
• Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Bonus: Experience with AWS infrastructure
