AEP/AEM Enterprise Field Engineer
Location: London
Contract: 13 months
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Travel: Occasional EMEA travel may be required, fully reimbursed
Rate: £325 - 350 per day (depending on experience, Inside IR35)
We are looking for experienced Enterprise Field Engineers to support a major global technology organisation delivering high-impact advisory engagements to enterprise customers across EMEA.
The role is highly customer-facing and will involve working directly with large enterprise clients to assess technical and business requirements, provide recommendations, support platform readiness and adoption, and deliver clear documented outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured technical advisory and consulting engagements for enterprise customers
- Run discovery sessions and assess customer requirements, technical readiness and adoption challenges
- Produce clear assessment, roadmap and recommendation documents
- Present findings to technical, business and senior stakeholders
- Support multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Work across implementation readiness, optimisation, migrations, troubleshooting, governance and adoption
Experience Required
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, ideally within one of the following areas:
AEP/Data Solutions
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - core requirement
- Real Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation and activation
- Enterprise data governance
AEM/Content Solutions
- Adobe Experience Manager Sites and/or Assets
- Workfront
- Content Supply Chain
- Edge Delivery Services
- Cloud-native AEM environments
You should also have previous experience delivering customer-facing technical consulting or advisory engagements for large enterprise organisations, with the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
Desirable
- Adobe Certified Expert certification in AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites or Assets
- Previous experience working directly with Adobe or within an Adobe-led delivery environment
- Experience of short-form technical advisory engagements
- Understanding of GDPR and enterprise data privacy requirements
- Additional European languages including French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian
