Cybersecurity Specialist - AI/ML - London

Responsibilities

• Bring deep, hands-on expertise with leading AI platforms-including AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, and other foundation-model providers-to help teams adopt AI capabilities securely and effectively.

• Provide guidance on secure model deployment patterns, guardrails, integration architectures, observability, evaluation techniques, and safe operationalization across diverse business use cases.

• Translate platform-specific risks, limitations, and best practices into actionable engineering patterns, governance controls, and security standards.

• Act as a subject matter expert, driving team-level decisions and collaborating across multiple engineering and security groups to resolve challenges and influence strategic direction.

• Apply master-level proficiency in Network Encryption and Azure Active Directory Security, along with expert knowledge in Secure AI and intermediate proficiency in AI Agents, Amazon Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry, to design and implement robust security solutions.

• Develop innovative security strategies that strengthen application and AI-driven system security.

• Conduct recurring security assessments, audits, and threat evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices throughout the development life cycle and across AI-enabled workflows.

• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity, AI safety, and model-security trends to inform architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide team members on secure AI principles, application security practices, and modern defensive techniques.
