Job Title: Senior Process Executive

Process Area: Corporate Actions/Income Processing

Primary Objective

To manage day-to-day Back Office operations related to Corporate Actions and Income events (Dividends & Coupons), ensuring timely and accurate processing across supported entities.

Key Responsibilities

Geographical Scope:
Support entities across the Asian and European zones.

Core Duties:

  • Process Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions and Income events, including entitlement calculations based on key event dates (eg, stock splits, mergers, rights issues, dividends, coupons).
  • Manage event notifications, entitlement calculations, and election processes.
  • Notify external parties of all payable and receivable claims.
  • Reconcile and process claims, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups on unpaid receivables.
  • Perform daily matching of accounting entries.
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate actions or income processing.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT payments and reconciliation tools (eg, Intellimatch).
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
