We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a high-profile account and play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring best practices and governance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, deliverable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical governance and enforce coding standards across teams.
• Document High-Level Design (HLD) artefacts and ensure solution integrity.
• Act as an escalation point for issues and development blockers.
• Proactively identify and log improvement opportunities for the business.
• Contribute to platform health management and technical triage of major issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive key decisions.

Skills & Experience

• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow (Advanced level).
• Strong experience in solution architecture and technical governance.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Working Model

Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite.
