Sourcing Representative

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support both current hiring needs and future growth.

• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top talent across multiple channels.

• Act as a sourcing expert-sharing market insights, optimizing search techniques, and advising stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality talent pipelines while meeting performance targets.

• Provide data-driven insights through clear reporting and updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to sourcing initiatives.

• Coach and support team members to strengthen overall sourcing capability.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-you're confident advising leaders.

• Proven experience sourcing for both high-volume and highly specialized roles.

• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social sourcing, etc.).

• Ability to tell compelling stories through data using ATS/CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

• Fluent English plus one of: French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
