Responsibilities

Serve as a Trust & Safety Representative responsible for reviewing user-generated, commercial, and advertising content across multiple platforms and applications.

Authenticate account ownership and ensure the integrity of transactions, content, and user interactions in alignment with applicable local laws and regulations.

Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and supporting the team to maintain high performance standards.

Oversee and take accountability for team decisions, collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to key operational and strategic initiatives.

Provide scalable solutions to complex issues that impact multiple teams and workflows.

Apply advanced proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management; advanced knowledge of SAP Basis is recommended.

Utilize advanced skills in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform, Application Remediation, Engineering Support, and IT Troubleshooting to support operational excellence.

Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of content review processes.

Conduct training sessions to ensure team compliance with legal, regulatory, and platform-specific requirements.

Analyze trends in user-generated content to identify emerging risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on trust, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on content review outcomes and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
