Fire & Security Apprentice Engineer
Due to their continued business growth they are now looking to recruit an apprentice. The apprentices will initially be paired with existing engineer and mentor. SLG Systems Ltd are keen to offer individuals the chance to secure a career within the fire and security sector.
Role
- The successful apprentices will be entering into a fabulous environment where all staff are nurtured to grow and develop. Apprentices will be supported from day 1. PPE will also be provided.
- These will be both full time with block training release to Watford
- The apprentices will work on Security and Fire and grow to become a multi disciplined engineer.
- Each day can be different depending on the client and jobs that are to be completed.
- This will include but not exhaustive to the installation, repair and maintenance of fire and security systems.
Training
- Skills for Security will deliver the Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
- You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gathering any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.
- You will be required to complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.
- By the end of the apprenticeship you will be a multi disciplined engineer.
