🚨 Curriculum Product Manager – Technical & Digital Training

We’re recruiting for an exciting Curriculum Product Manager opportunity with a growing training provider.

This is a key role responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving curriculum across technical apprenticeships, Bootcamps and commercial programmes, with a particular focus on emerging areas such as AI, digital and green skills.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing innovative, high-quality curriculum and learning materials

• Leading curriculum projects from analysis and design through to implementation and evaluation

• Creating engaging resources including lesson plans, workbooks, practical labs and assessment materials

• Quality assuring and continuously improving existing curriculum

• Working closely with trainers, coaches, IQAs, sales and wider stakeholders

• Supporting employer solutions, bids and bespoke curriculum development

We’re looking for someone with:

✔ Proven experience in curriculum design and development

✔ Experience within apprenticeships, Bootcamps or FE/training

✔ A teaching qualification – essential

✔ Experience of Ofsted and quality assurance environments

✔ Strong understanding of digital/technical learning

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
