AI Analyst

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as building thousands of new affordable homes every year.

We have an opportunity for an AI Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping how AI is designed, deployed, and embedded across the organisation.

You'll be based in either our office in Wembley, or Basingstoke combining both office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance.

The Role

As an AI Analyst, you'll lead the identification, development, and implementation of AI models and AI Agents that address real business challenges.

You'll be hands-on with model development, data analysis, and performance optimisation, while also acting as a subject-matter expert for M365 Copilot Agents and emerging AI capabilities. This is a role for someone who enjoys both technical depth and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models and AI Agents, including new and enhanced M365 Copilot Agents.
• Analyse and prepare data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimise model performance, ensuring regular audits, accuracy, reliability, and drive continuous improvement.
• Document development processes, maintain model and Agent records, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

About You

• Qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Copilot Chat and AI Agents, including deployment and maintenance.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models in a business environment.
• Expertise in M365 Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Admin Centre.
• Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Azure Purview, SQL Management Studio, Python or R.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
