We're seeking a D365 Engineer responsible for contributing to the designing, delivering and supporting of existing and future D365 and Power Platform solutions. Enabling SNG to maximise our investment in the business platform.
You'll be based in either our office in Wembley, or Basingstoke combining both office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract
The Role:
You'll be at the forefront of maintaining our Microsoft estate and enabling new solutions which contribute to SNGs strategic aims.
Reporting to the Microsoft Business Platforms Manager, you will be part of a team of engineers across M365, D365 and wider Power Platform.
You'll also:
- Contribute to design, develop, deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights), and underlying Power Platform.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Provide active 3 line support for Dynamics and wider power platform.
- Contribute to the continuous service improvement within the team.
- Process the delivery of D365 releases and the CI/CD pipeline
- Ensure security compliance through AAD, conditional access, DLP, and governance policies are adhered to.
- Deputise for the Senior D365 Engineer when required.
- Work with a team of engineers during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
About You:
We're looking for a results-driven platform leader with:
- Proven experience of Microsoft business platforms.
- Strong knowledge of M365, Dynamics 365 CRM, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong leadership and management skills which supports a collaborative and productive environment.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- A creative, customer-focused mindset with a strategic approach to delivery.
- Experience in contact centre, unified comms, and CRM environments is a plus.
