This is a permanent, full-time position, working hybrid, with our office based in Victoria, London, SW1W

Your Mission:

SNP is looking for experienced and professional SAP data migration specialists to join a fast-growing SAP consulting partner based in central London. We are looking for ambitious consultants with proven expertise and a strong interest in SAP data migration. As a data migration consultant at SNP, you will be working with industry-leading SAP transformation software and alongside experienced data migration specialists on cutting-edge SAP projects including S/4HANA.

You will be involved in complex data transformation projects on UK and international SAP programmes and be expected to lead by example to the other consultants on the team. As a Senior Consultant you will be expected to demonstrate leaderships skills, client facing and project management capabilities.

What we are looking for: Your profile!

Candidates will have SAP technical background with strong development expertise and data model understanding

• 7 + Years of SAP technical experience (ABAP, LSMW, ETL technologies)

• Technical experience across multiple SAP ERP modules

• 3+ Years delivering SAP data migration projects through the full project lifecycle

• Responsibility/Accountability for workstream or modules of large projects preferably managing junior members as well as themselves

• Customer oriented and focused on delivering high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery

• Awareness of the big picture and context of his/her team and project within a business

• Driven, enthusiastic, collaborative, pragmatic and diplomatic with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent team player

• Excellent written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills

• A strong problem solver with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions

• Driven to continuously improve

• Focused on outcomes not actions

Desirable:

• Experience in SAP Landscape Transformation and Data Quality tools

• S/4HANA experience and/or understanding of the technology and data model changes

• SAP Basis, e.g., RFC administration, Background processing, DB administration (monitoring)

• SAP certified in ABAP

• SAP application implementation experience

• Industry recognised project management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2

• Big 4 or specialist consulting background
