Role

Join our Group IT team as a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience while developing your technical skills and working towards an IT qualification.

You will provide first-line support to colleagues, troubleshoot IT issues and gain exposure to Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, cyber security and cloud technologies.

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software and IT issues
  • Log, update and resolve support requests through the Service Desk
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment
  • Assist with user accounts, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
  • Support basic network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure tasks
  • Assist with system updates, maintenance and backups
  • Follow IT security, data protection and company procedures
  • Support IT projects, including upgrades, installations and migrations
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and user records
  • Work with suppliers and third parties when required
  • Complete apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments
  • Develop technical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience
