Role
To join the Group IT team and develop practical skills and knowledge in IT support, networking and infrastructure while completing a Level 4 Network Engineer / CompTIA apprenticeship with Leep Talent.
The apprentice will work alongside experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide first-line support for IT hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT and network equipment
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory administration
- Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting and security
- Maintain accurate IT asset, user and technical records
- Log and update incidents through the IT Service Desk
- Assist with IT projects, installations, upgrades and system maintenance
- Work with colleagues and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Follow company IT, security and data protection policies
- Complete all required apprenticeship training and assessments
