Role

To join the Group IT team and develop practical skills and knowledge in IT support, networking and infrastructure while completing a Level 4 Network Engineer / CompTIA apprenticeship with Leep Talent.

The apprentice will work alongside experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.

  • Provide first-line support for IT hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT and network equipment
  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory administration
  • Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting and security
  • Maintain accurate IT asset, user and technical records
  • Log and update incidents through the IT Service Desk
  • Assist with IT projects, installations, upgrades and system maintenance
  • Work with colleagues and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Follow company IT, security and data protection policies
  • Complete all required apprenticeship training and assessments

  • You will receive full training and support from the Leep Apprenticeship team to increase your skills
