Location: Central London (4 days per week on-site)
Salary: £75,000 – £84,000 + FTC Benefits
Contract: 12-month FTC
We're supporting a well-known consumer-facing brand through a key period of digital transformation and are searching for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to drive improvements across the mobile app, loyalty integration, ordering platforms and in-restaurant digital touchpoints. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, product-led environments and enjoys delivering tangible customer experience enhancements.
About the Role
You'll own the execution and delivery of digital initiatives across mobile, web ordering, kiosks and loyalty. Working closely with the Tech function, external vendors and commercial teams, you'll ensure projects are prioritised correctly, API integrations run smoothly and customers experience a frictionless end-to-end journey.
This position suits someone who understands digital product flows, vendor management, and the dynamics of multi-channel ordering in a retail/QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and optimisation of the mobile app, loyalty solutions and digital ordering platforms
- Understand user journeys, app flows and how 3rd-party delivery (3PD) integrates into the broader digital ecosystem
- Manage digital suppliers — ensuring APIs, connections and integrations operate reliably
- Use Kanban with the Tech team to prioritise workload and negotiate delivery timelines
- Challenge third-party vendors where required and escalate issues effectively
- Support digital innovation across app development, kiosk hardware/software and customer touchpoints
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to enhance guest experience across digital channels
- Manage budgets and contribute to digital roadmap conversations
- Produce presentations and documentation to communicate project progress and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in digital product, digital delivery or customer experience roles
- Background in QSR, retail, hospitality, ecommerce or loyalty-led businesses is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of app development, user flows, APIs and integrations
- Comfortable managing vendors, technical suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in Kanban/Agile ways of working
- Confident presenting updates and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to travel as required and work 4 days per week in London
