Typical responsibilities
- Leading delivery of complex engineering or digital transformation programmes
- Managing technical product or service roadmaps
- Working across engineering, IT and business stakeholders
- Coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery partners
- Driving continuous improvement of engineering systems and digital capabilities
- Managing governance, risk, quality and compliance
- Supporting adoption of new technologies, processes and toolsets
- Delivering programmes within highly regulated Defence and Aerospace environments
We're particularly interested in people who have experience with:
- Defence or Aerospace programmes
- Digital Engineering or Engineering Systems
- Product or Service Delivery
- Programme Management
- Engineering Transformation
- Systems Integration
- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Digital Thread / Model Based Engineering environments
- Engineering lifecycle management
- Security, governance or compliance
- Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery
Desirable experience
- Active SC Clearance (or recently held)
- ITIL
- Prince2
- APM
- Agile / SAFe
- Engineering or technical degree
