Overview
Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Warehouse Execution System (WES) and One Tablet / Unified Inventory Solution, while providing support to the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) initiative. The role involves coordinating multiple internal development teams, an external global solution provider, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, change management, and end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Duties (Typical 9–5):
- Lead and manage the delivery of the Warehouse Execution System and One Tablet unified interface project.
- Coordinate with three internal development teams and external professional services resources.
- Partner with a global solution provider (Infosys) to align project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage integration across three ERP systems (back end) to deliver a single front-end user experience.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring dependencies and risks are tracked and mitigated.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Project Manager in the US (UK and US-based) to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
- Liaise with warehouse operations, change and training teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive adoption and training readiness.
- Support the US-led Transportation Management System project where required.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and buy-in across business and IT teams.
- Facilitate project ceremonies (stand-ups, steering meetings, retrospectives) and ensure clear action ownership.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative, can-do culture within the internal development teams to overcome resistance to change.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering warehouse or supply chain technology projects (Warehouse Execution Systems, ERP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging at multiple levels.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and coordinate with global teams.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and delivery governance capabilities.
- Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a “can-do” attitude.
- Experience managing external suppliers and ensuring deliverables meet quality and time expectations.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware technologies.
- Experience with Infosys or other global solution partners.
- Exposure to multi-ERP environments and user experience integration projects.

Project Context
This program is part of a major digital transformation initiative aiming to unify multiple warehouse systems into a single, streamlined platform. The Warehouse Execution System and One Tablet Solution are key enablers for operational efficiency, providing a consistent user experience across three ERP back ends. The project is 18 months into delivery and now requires a strong PM to drive integration, alignment, and delivery of remaining milestones.
