Salary: £75,000 – £90,000

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategic development and optimisation of a Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

In this role, you will own the Salesforce product roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Salesforce platform, ensuring enhancements align with organisational objectives while improving both customer and operational experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives, mentor Salesforce administrators, and contribute to the long-term Salesforce strategy across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned to business priorities and stakeholder requirements
  • Identify, prioritise, and deliver platform enhancements that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives align with wider organisational goals
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new functionality and enhancements
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation including release notes, user guidance, and technical specifications
  • Analyse user feedback, platform usage data, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Support go-to-market planning and stakeholder engagement for new platform capabilities and releases
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and shape product direction
  • Coach and mentor Salesforce administrators while supporting wider capability development across teams
  • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure delivery standards and expectations are consistently achieved

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar user-focused Salesforce leadership role
  • Strong expertise within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Broad understanding of the wider Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and translating them into prioritised delivery backlogs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience driving strategic outcomes through technology-led change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience mentoring or coaching Salesforce administrators and managing third-party suppliers

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience working within large-scale or customer service-led organisations
  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or customer experience initiatives

Location & Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility available
  • Modern city-centre office location within easy access to major transport links
  • Occasional travel to other UK locations may be required
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours support as needed
